'Teresa, wake up'
'I am here Lord. Just wanting to hear from You.'
'Abide in Me, I abide in you. We are one'. 'Go'.
I am an overcomer, by His blood, by His name. Yes, I have a choice to be fully awake and hear His voice, His gentle, still, quiet voice.
This time in the morning I must be careful that even in this typing and writing that I don't lose sight and become busy in the still of the morning. It is the only time there is total quiet. It is my recorded time with the Lord, my communion with Him. Thank you Lord.
It hadn't seemed necessary lately for me to explain what my blogs are about. From time to time I have stated it is my morning time, my heart with His heart and I am sharing my heart with you. A way to connect us in communion. This is my time searching for Him and His truth, as I reach out to Him His love is overflowing, together we can reach out to each other and then 'go' and encourage and reach out to others.
We are together, there is no separation ever. You may be there and I may be here but we are together. If I use 'we' terms it is because 'we' means together. If I use 'I' terms it is personalized, inviting you to enter where I am, where my heart is. If I use 'you' terms it is still 'us' because 'I' 'go' and join 'you' and then it becomes 'we'. There is no separation between 'you' or 'me'. I never use 'you' as a way to be condescending. There is never an intention of 'talking down to readers.' because once again, this is me, sharing my life with you. Everything that I share is something that I am at this moment experiencing or re-experiencing.
I am my own worst critic or enemy or fully awake and see in this moment, that I am more than a conqueror, made in His image, fearfully and wonderfully made, because He is with me, not because I am anything or something, because without Him, I am nothing.
