January 3, 2010 Contentment Again in Love

Out of honor for each other may we Love with unconditional Love, with patience and kindness. because without Love there is envy, boasting, pride, rudeness, self-seeking, hate, blame, keeping records of wrongs, but in Love we rejoice with the truth, protect, trust, hope and persevere,

What an amazing way to start a new decade of life, and how ever much time He is willing to give I cherish and honor this beautiful Life.

Only Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever, only in Him do we find what we seek. He gives me 'freely' I share 'freely', it is His.

My son Jesse reminded me of a conversation we had last night in regard to resting in our Abba Father for our needs. When we are children we are not fearful of where we live, what we eat or how we are going to get where we need to be, we just live and enjoy life. This is how as adults the Father invites us to depend on Him. His Spirit is pouring out on everyone to receive His provision in His Love.

Jesse my awesome son is reading from 1 Timothy 6 and sharing with me how he has no fear or anxiety....Have we been robbed of the Truth and think that godliness is a means to finacnial gain? (I just wrote on contentment the other day....here is reminding me,...actually more than once today, the perfect example of contentment).... we brought nothing into the world and we can take nothing out of it, if we have food and clothing we will be content with that. Wanting to be rich is a trap and into ruin and destruction...for the love (and pursuit) of money (before Faith in God) is the root of all kinds of evil (fear and instability), some people eager for money have wandered from believing (we cannot serve God and money) and pierced themselves with many griefs (the stiving for money is torment).

Although many studies and many teachings may point us to our Source, our Provider, it is not the one teaching's responsibility to stay with us, just to walk for a while and point us to Him, it is our own personal responsibility to continually stay with Him when the guidance, studies and teachings are no longer available.

There is only one thing that lasts forever because it comes from our Father... we know ....

Love never fails.
