Pick your preposition, to be 'near' or 'at' as we bow down in His presence. It is a real place in this life. It is heaven on earth to be 'with' or 'near' the Father
Our hearts before Him, 'with' our hearts, 'in' spirit, 'in' truth. It is not the outward man, it is the heart. It is the outward man responding to the heart 'within'.
